Twittercrophead

I tweet about virtually all aspects of finding  job and life bliss, achieving your potential, wrestling job and life alligators, and finding time to really live.  My twitter stream may also include some life-streaming to include conversation, occasional yoga, wine,  healthcare or pharma banter that’s at times quite serious or silly- but almost never snarky.

This Website

Is intended to become ‘go-to’ service – providing a mix of  free resources, blog posts (for reflection, education, and discussion), assessments, coaching and learning tools.  My goal is to encourage people to to momentarily stop putting one foot in front of the other and take a step back to examine the path that they are on.  Ultimately, I hope to help people to achieve the clarity that’s needed to draft a blueprint for building the job and life that feels like “home”.

What’s My JobLife Architect Story?

The link will take you to more about me than I have ever been comfortable sharing in a public forum.  It has become clear that I cannot truly help or serve without sharing some of myself and my journey with you.  Doing so will require more transparency than most professionals are comfortable sharing so I’m still wrestling with this alligator.  A major 2010 intention and stretch goal that I have set for myself has been one of “audacious authenticity” – with your encouragement, I’m sure to find my truly authentic yet professional voice.

I founded training company in 1997 to focus on improving the performance of leaders, trainers, speakers, and salespeople through business science and empathic arts.  Some of the free resources and training tools (for behavioral styles, emotional intelligence, influence, etc.) that I will be providing here may be derivative of key take-aways from the extensive workshop analyses performed on the content powerhouse of programs developed over the past 13 years.
